Exodus: Covenant, Presence, and the Dwelling Glory

  • The Table 626 Blanshard St Victoria, BC V8W 3G6 Canada (map)

Exodus is one of the most important books in Scripture—and one of the most often misunderstood.

Many of us know the major moments: the plagues, the Red Sea, the Ten Commandments. But Exodus is not simply a collection of dramatic scenes. It is a unified theological narrative about how God reveals His name, dismantles oppressive power, forms a covenant people, and comes to dwell among them.

In this six-week Kaleo Academy course, we will read Exodus as a whole. Moving from deliverance in Egypt to covenant at Sinai and finally to the building of the tabernacle, we will trace the central movement of the book and explore the deeper questions it raises about freedom, law, worship, and the presence of God.

This course is designed for thoughtful readers of Scripture who want to go deeper. It leans academic in tone while remaining accessible, with space for questions and discussion each week.

Length: 6 weeks
Format: Lecture + discussion

Whether you are new to studying Scripture or looking to deepen your theological understanding, this course will help you see Exodus—and the story of the Bible—as a coherent and compelling whole.
