Kaleo Monday: Plan to Protect Training
Required training for all Table Victoria staff & volunteers
Join us for our next Kaleo Monday as we host our annual Plan to Protect® Training — essential for anyone serving with children, youth, vulnerable adults, or in any leadership role at The Table.
This training ensures our whole community is equipped to cultivate the safety, clarity, and care expected in all ADC churches. Whether you’re newly joining a team or have served for years, this is a key moment to refresh best practices, understand updated procedures, and strengthen our shared culture of protection and hospitality.
Who Should Attend
All Kaleo leaders
NT leaders & hosts
Kids Table volunteers
Youth volunteers
Staff
Anyone serving in ministries involving children, youth, or vulnerable adults
Anyone who hasn’t completed P2P training in the last 12 months
Why It Matters
Plan to Protect® is the official safety standard for the Anglican Diocese of Canada, outlining best-practice guidelines for:
Abuse prevention
Screening & volunteer expectations
Safe supervision ratios
Facility guidelines
Reporting responsibilities
Safe ministry with children, youth, and vulnerable adults
This is one of the most important ways we “love God, love each other, and bless our neighbours” — by ensuring that every person who participates in The Table’s ministries is safe, seen, and cared for.
