The Table & CCO Women's Retreat 2026
This year Christ's Church Oceanside is joining the The Table's Women's retreat, and we're moving islands!

We will gather at Pioneer Pacific Camp on Thetis Island on April 24-26 for a weekend of reflection, worship, and fellowship. This year our reflections will be based in biblical stories from the wilderness, giving us a space to consider how we might find hope in our own wild seasons.
This registration form and a $50 deposit are due April 3rd.
COSTS (incl deposit):
$175 for the weekend
$200 if you want to help a sister out,
$150 subsidized STUDENT pricing
$45.00 Saturday daytime only (includes lunch and snacks; $25 deposit)
PAYMENT can be made by cash, cheque, and e-transfer to donors@tablechurch.ca, before the retreat or use The Table donation page: www.tablechurch.ca/donate. Please make the memo "Women's Retreat". This fee is non-receiptable and non-refundable. Talk to Sarah Krzymowski (sarah@tablechurch.ca) if you have any questions about payment.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Shared cabins (bunk beds) and separate wash house. Please bring your own bedding and ear plugs! Tenting is also an option.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION: Carpooling to Chemainus Ferry Terminal (2830 Oak Street,
Chemainus) and then to Pioneer Pacific Camp (248 Pioneer Road, Thetis Island, BC).
Ferry and transportation costs are not covered by the registration fee, please coordinate this with your carpool. Ferry schedule here (please ensure you've selected the "Apr 01, 2026 - Mar 31, 2027" schedule) or see below suggested ferry times. We won’t have dinner on the first evening, but we’ll start our program around 8:00pm and have some snacks. Sunday we will have brunch only, and you can purchase lunch in Chemainus on your return.

WHAT TO BRING:
Bedding for a twin bed, or your tenting gear
Your favourite snacks to share (if you would like to!)
Toiletries, bath towel
Bathing suit and beach towel if you'd like a cold plunge in the ocean!
A bible and something to write with
Walking shoes and outdoor gear for hiking or for lawn/beach lounging.
